Incascerated BROKEN DREAMS SCREAMING for release
Abandoned place in Cagayan de Oro City, Mindanao, Philippines.
This has been a rehabilitation center once, far away from the city and people. Still to see the jail-like character of the structure. Most doors are open. There are still broken and good furnitures. All airconditioning units are still there.
The place can give someone the creeps if you think patients have here been screaming while the were fixed to their beds.
There goes a story of one of the patients killed the other one and ate his liver are going around in whispers.
I'm still trying to seperate stories from truth, but it will not be easy. People love it to believe.
