It stimulates business when traders and shops of the same industry set up in a common place in the towns. This is also true for the city of Cagayan de Oro. The car accessories dealers, for example, have set up shop on Osmena Street and the side streets. One of these side streets is Ramon Chavez Street at the corner of Captain Vicente Roa Street in the Cogon Area of the city.

Here, parts are cut to size from iron plates and steel pipes and sold by the kilo. There are also many spare parts for hydraulics, pulleys and snow chains. The latter are used as mud chains by construction vehicles on muddy access roads and construction sites.
