On the 2nd floor of Cogon Market in Cagayan de Oro City, there are some small tailor stores and dress stores on the side where a big cheap Chinese discounter also has a store and the police have their premises.
Here, the fabric is cut and sewn for all it’s worth. Customers have school uniforms, sportswear, shirts, blouses, skirts, and dresses sewn here or have clothing alterations made.
We support such small stores as much as we can and are happy to use these services.
